Outthinker Process Masterclass: Shaping the Future of Equipment Leasing and Financing
Workshop Facilitator: Kaihan Krippendorff
The landscape and ecosystem of equipment leasing and financing is experiencing a moment of unprecedented change. We face a myriad of emerging trends driven by AI, IoT devices, lower interest rates, deglobalization trends, automation, labor shifts that are accelerating new opportunities including such as new pricing models (equipment as a service), predictive maintenance, risk management, transformations in customer experience, personalization at scale, etc. We face a strategic inflection point in which we get to choose to lean into and shape the future (an Outthinker) or adapt and risk falling behind.
ELFA is pleased to welcome Kaihan Krippendorff, the CEO of Outthinker, six time best-selling author, and a top 20 globally recognized expert on growth strategy and innovation, to our 2025 Executive Roundtable. Kaihan will be conducting a deep dive Outthinker masterclass where attendees will learn a proven process and set of practical tools to make sense of the bigger picture and identify strategic approaches for your business to drive growth and create competitive advantage. His work has generated over $3 billion in new annualized revenue for companies like Microsoft, BNY Mellon, Lockheed Martin, GE, HP, Oshkosh, Wal-Mart, and others.
This session will take participants through:
- The Outthinker Process: five strategic steps that will help you and your team build more disruptive strategies
- The 12 strategic trends strategists are most concerned with for 2025 and beyond
- The 9Ps Framework - to systematically examine the essential components of your business models and identify overlooked areas ripe for enhancement
- The Outthinker Playbook- the top five strategic patterns and mindsets being used by outperforming companies
- How you as an individual can lead through these times of change and support your people to do the same
Outcomes:
- Learn a repeatable strategic approach for you and your team to consistently generate more innovative strategies
- Walk out with a list of new strategic options you can implement this year
- Have clarity on 1-3 strategic initiatives you feel have the potential transform your business’ trajectory
- Expand your situation awareness by understanding the ideas and initiatives of peers
Participants will receive and Outthinker Process toolkit and workbook that they can use with their teams to apply learnings from this session.
