Moore’s Law generating exponentially lower cost computing serving the massive selling throughput of Internet-driven ecommerce is one such example.  A similar change is coming to equipment finance with the expansion of private capital as a funding source bringing a tremendous diversity of “credit rules” in the technological context of AI-driven improvements in capital markets workflow speed and precision driving unprecedented growth in the asset-based financing.

This panel of capital markets practitioners will discuss how private capital is changing the ecosystem of funding and the rules of syndication for sellers.  They will discuss how this new money is bringing new rules for credit box definitions, data transparency, and ongoing reporting.
