Equipment Management Conference Exhibitor Information

For more than 25 years, asset managers have come to the desert to network, share information and discuss the unique challenges of their discipline.

Who Attends:

Nearly 300 equipment managers representing leasing companies throughout the United States attend this important conference and exhibition. Some of their major challenges include remarketing off-lease equipment and maximizing equipment values.

Attendees consider the exhibit one of the major reasons for attending the conference year after year. Last year, 35 service providers were on hand to discuss their products and services.

Booth Costs

Member - $3500 per 8' x 10' booth
Nonmember - $4500 per 8' x 10' booth

Exhibitors will be limited to a maximum of two booths.

  • Exhibitor list including company name and booth number featured on the ELFA Web site before the conference

Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis on receipt of contract and payment.
