The 2026 Power of People Summit features four distinct learning tracks designed to address the evolving needs of today’s workforce and workplace.
Developed and led by ELFA’s Women, Emerging Leaders, Inclusion, and Human Capital Subcommittees, each track offers targeted sessions, practical insights, and meaningful conversations to help attendees strengthen their leadership skills, support their teams, and build more connected, high-performing organizations.
*Attendees can explore sessions across all four tracks and create an experience aligned with their professional goals, workplace challenges, and areas of interest.
Joint keynote sessions will bring the full Summit community together to examine the future of artificial intelligence, gain insights into the current state of the U.S. economy, and explore how the equipment finance industry can prepare for the opportunities and challenges ahead.
Track 1: Momentum Through Leadership
Presented by ELFA’s Women’s Subcommittee
Hear leaders from across the equipment finance industry share practical insights, career experiences, and strategies for leading with confidence and purpose. Topics include building meaningful professional relationships, expanding your influence, and turning lessons learned into lasting momentum.
Track 2: Leaders on the Rise
Presented by ELFA’s Emerging Leaders Subcommittee
Build the skills and perspective needed to lead in a rapidly changing industry. Programming will address upskilling in the age of AI, authentic leadership, the value of earning the CLFP designation, and opportunities to learn directly from established industry leaders.
Track 3: Culture That Performs
Presented by ELFA’s Inclusion Subcommittee
Discover how inclusive, people-centered cultures can improve performance, engagement, and connection. Conversations will focus on coaching cultures, mental health in today’s workplace, effective Employee Resource Groups, and the role of authenticity and inclusion in the age of AI.
Track 4: The Workforce Ahead
Presented by ELFA’s Human Capital Subcommittee
Examine how human capital and human resource leaders are navigating a workplace where technology, employee expectations, and traditional policies are changing rapidly. Sessions will explore AI’s expanding role across the HR function, the real-world decisions that arise when the handbook does not have an answer, and the fundamental practices that continue to shape strong workplace cultures.
Attendees will also hear candid perspectives from people leaders on what is working to keep employees engaged, connected, and committed.
