People Power is ELFA’s community ecosystem designed to help members connect, grow, and lead across the equipment finance industry, built on our Attract, Train, Retain model. We bring new talent into the industry, educate and develop future leaders, and create pathways that keep great people here. Through volunteer-led working groups, members gain access to mentorship, peer learning, leadership development, and meaningful conversations shaping the future of our profession.
