The 2026 ELFA Legal Forum will be held at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, 401 W Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21201, at a discounted rate for conference attendees of $229 +tax. The discounted rate is available until EITHER the room block sells out OR the discounted rate expires on Friday, April 10, 2026. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is neatly situated near Baltimore’s scenic Inner Harbor, and next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. It is located near many of the city’s leading historic and cultural attractions including the National Aquarium, Maryland Science Center, M&T Stadium (home to the Baltimore Ravens), Fort McHenry, TopGolf Baltimore, as well as exclusive shopping and restaurants. Getting There
The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is 10 miles from the Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI). For taxis, the cost can range from $28-$35 one way, with a travel time of roughly 13 minutes.

Valet parking is available for $36 per day.

Keep Safety in Mind. As with any major metropolitan area, we encourage guests to be mindful of their surroundings, particularly in the evening hours. We recommend traveling in groups when possible, staying within well-lit and highly trafficked areas such as the Inner Harbor, and utilizing rideshare or other transportation options for destinations beyond the immediate vicinity. Practicing general city awareness will help ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.
