Equipment Management Conference & Exhibition

The Conference will hold a golf tournament at the Oak Marsh course on the property at the Omni Amelia Island Resort on Sunday, February 15, 2026. The tournament will begin at 8:00am (shotgun start). There is a separate fee of $300 per golfer to participate, which includes a light breakfast, greens fees, cart, and taxes. 

If you are interested in playing in the golf tournament, please check the appropriate box during registration. No refunds for golf cancellations will be made after Wednesday, February 4, 2026. 

Join or create a foursome for golf

Please place yourself in a foursome or pairing by Thursday, February 5, 2026. Note, it is up to the registered golfers to place themselves in a foursome using our online scheduler so the golf course can organize the carts.

Club rental is available and will be at the player’s expense. Please indicate whether you would like to rent clubs when registering for the event.
