Call for Proposals

ELFA is accepting educational session proposals for our 65th Annual Convention.


Due to high demand, ELFA may combine compatible proposals to create a stronger, broader session. We emphasize gender and ethnic diversity among presenters. Please avoid proposals that appear to sell a product or service.

Session Tracks & Topics of High Priority

We are organizing this year's program around ELFA's six research agenda pillars. These are the only topics we are accepting submissions on this year. Select the track that best aligns with your proposal.

Session Format

Session Length: 60 minutes                         

Panel Size: Up to 5 panelists      

Expected Attendance: 40-60 attendees per session

Max Proposals / Company: 2 proposals

Sessions consist of a panel of experts facilitated by a moderator. ELFA member companies are prioritized, but non-members may also submit. Panels should strive for diversity in gender, age, ethnicity, and race.

Selection Criteria

General Information
 

Audience

The ELFA Annual Convention is the largest annual gathering of equipment finance professionals. Attendees are generally the most senior level staff, including CEOs, Presidents, GMs, Sales Directors, SVPs, and business development leaders.

 

Handouts

Presentation materials will be posted on the ELFA website and in the ELFA Events mobile app, available free to registered attendees and at a nominal cost to others.

 

Registration Fees

All convention attendees, including presenters, pay the full convention registration fee. Consultants or academics who would not otherwise attend may be eligible for a fee waiver.

 

Room Setup

Standard session rooms are equipped with a podium, laptop, LCD projector, screen, slide advancer, panel table and microphones in a theatre-style setting. Additional room arrangement requests will be discussed after session approval.
