Wayne is Vice President, Finance at Cisco Capital where he leads the Capital Markets & Underwriting organization, and is a senior executive on the Cisco Capital leadership team. He is responsible for managing a $42 billion portfolio, encompassing extended-term trade receivables, net-30 trade receivables, and term financing receivables. His professional background includes tenure at Akzo Nobel, Pitney Bowes, and service in the United States Navy. He has been active in the broader business community, serving as an Independent Director on various boards and contributing to several non-profit organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri, an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Financial Leadership Certification from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Aresty Institute of Executive Education.
