Neal is the former Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of DLL having announced his sabbatical in April 2026 after 28 years of service to DLL. He looks forward to taking his extensive experience, and strategic and commercial acumen to a new position in the coming months. He was responsible for the company’s commercial strategy and global business activities in the key industry sectors it serves. He joined DLL in 1998 and held positions of increasing responsibility in operations, sales, program/joint venture management and general management. Prior to joining DLL, Neal spent almost 10 years working at leading companies in the banking, financial services and consulting sectors, including HSBC and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He is also a chartered accountant with prior experience in audit and corporate reconstruction, as well as a regional representative for the Bank of England’s ‘Chartered Accountants in Business’ panel. He graduated from Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, University of London, with a bachelor’s degree in History and is an alumnus of Darden Business School, University of Virginia’s The Executive Program.
