Power of People Summit Session:

Reframing the Client Experience

What if the key to stronger client loyalty, more referrals, and greater business growth wasn't working harder, but becoming more intentional with the moments that matter?  In this highly interactive and entertaining session, you'll laugh, reflect, and challenge the way you think about building relationships with clients, prospects, referral sources, employees, and recruits.  Through practical strategies and memorable stories, you'll discover how small, intentional actions create meaningful connections that people remember long after the meeting ends.  You'll leave with a fresh perspective and immediately applicable ideas to deepen relationships, increase cross-selling and referral opportunities, and create experiences that keep people coming back, not because they have to, but because they want to.

About Matthew

Matthew Blank is the President of Chronemic Consulting, a growth consulting firm that works with professional and financial services companies to help them build stronger relationships, create new opportunities, and grow their businesses.   Matthew specializes in delivering fun, highly engaging programs that challenge audiences to be more intentional with their time, their message, and the experiences they create for the people around them.   His programs blend practical business strategies with humor, storytelling, and audience interaction - leaving participants entertained, inspired, and equipped with ideas they can put into action immediately.   He has spoken to audiences across the United States and internationally, consistently receiving outstanding feedback and survey results.  Matthew’s unique approach is shaped by an unconventional start to his career: he spent years as a wedding DJ, where he learned firsthand the power of hospitality, reading a room, and creating meaningful moments that people remember.   Those skills translated seamlessly into his seven-year career as Director of Growth at Friedman LLP, where he served on the firm’s senior leadership team and helped drive business development, relationship-building, and growth initiatives.   A Philadelphia native (Go Birds!), Matthew now lives in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, with his wife, three daughters, two dogs, and a cat. When he’s not speaking, consulting, or finding new ways to make business development more enjoyable, he’s usually spending time with his family and coaching his daughters' soccer teams.
