In the story “Exploring DE&I at ELFA’s Equity Forum,” members of the Equity Committee share what’s on the agenda for the first conference dedicated to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the equipment finance industry. We’re very excited about this inaugural event, which has been in the works since the Equity Committee was founded in 2019. “We want people to look around the room and say, ‘I see people just like me, and I belong here and in this industry,’” says Equity Committee Chair Scott Thacker. Recognizing an Outstanding Volunteer
We extend congratulations to an extraordinary member who will be recognized at the ELFA Annual Convention. Brittany Ogden will receive the 2022 Michael J. Fleming Distinguished Service Award.
