ELFA Equality: As the marketplace evolves, it’s more important than ever for our association and our industry to embrace diversity and welcome all ideas to the table. Having established committees to increase opportunities for women and younger talent in our association, our association is doing even more to attract other underrepresented groups, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. We are pleased to announce the formation of the ELFA Equality Committee, chaired by Scott Thacker, Chief Executive Officer of Ivory Consulting Corporation. This group of ELFA members is devoted to promoting diversity and inclusion across the association and the equipment finance industry.
