"Conditions under which prejudgement writs of attachment, replevin and garnishment may be issued without notice and conditions under which a bond is required for prejudgment writs are listed in W.S § 1-15-103 through 104.
At any time after the filing of the complaint in a civil action for the recovery of money, the plaintiff may have the property of the defendant not exempt from execution attached as security for the satisfaction of any judgment that may be recovered. (W.S. W.S § 1-15-201)
The required contents of a writ of attachment; the manner of executing the writ; and satisfaction of the writ are containd in W.S. § 1-15-202 through 212."
