"If there is no agreement or provision of law for a different rate, the interest of money shall be at the rate of 7% per annum. (W.S. § 40-14-106)
Exceptions to the rate provisions are listed in W.S. § 40-14-121.
With certain exceptions, all decrees and judgments for the payment of money shall bear interest at 10% per year from the date of rendition until paid. (W.S. § 1-16-102)"
