"Conditions under which prejudgement writs of attachment, replevin and garnishment may be issued without notice and conditions under which a bond is required for prejudgment writs are listed in W.S § 1-15-103 through 104.
The process for release of property or discharge of a writ; discharge of improperly issues writs; and exmptions can be found in W.S § 1-15-105 through 107.
After filing a complaint and at any time before judgment, the plaintiff in an action to recover the possession of personal property may claim the delivery of the property to him under a writ of attachment by filing an affidavit with the court. (W.S § 1-15-301 through 306)"
