As long as the evidentiary requirements of Wis. Stat. § 403.311 are met, a check tendered in full satisfaction is an accord and satisfaction; such a check is considered a full settlement and therefore effectively discharges any claim that a creditor may have reserved a right to assert. Flambeau, 341 N.W.2d at 663-4; Myron Soik & Sons, Inc. v. Stokely USA, Inc., 498 N.W.2d 897, 900-901 (Wis.App. 1993); Zubek v. Edlund, 498 N.W.2d 273, 278 (Wis.App. 1999).
