Statutes

The duty of a manufacturer to indemnify a seller in product liability actions is outlined in Okla. Stat. tit. 12, ยง 832.1. This law was enacted in 2004.

Cases

The Oklahoma Supreme Court has held that a lessor who engages in the business of leasing chattels may be strictly liable under manufacturers' products liability. See Allenberg v. Bentley Hedges Travel Serv. Inc., 22 P.3d 223, 228 (Okla. 2001) (outlining the historical expansion of manufacturers' products liability).
