"The Oklahoma General Corporations Act is located in the Code Section cited.

Under § 1122(4)(B) a foreign corporation ""shall have and maintain the Secretary of State as its registered agent in this state. In addition, such foreign corporation may have and maintain in this state an additional registered agent, which may be an individual or entity set forth in subsection A of this section; provided, that the foreign corporation may not be its own registered agent."" Additionally, registration requirements are outlined in §§ 1130 - 1138. Fees are listed in § 1142."
