Statutes

The Oklahoma Uniform Consumer Credit Code is available here. It defines a term or clause as being conspicuous "when it is so written that a reasonable person against whom it is to operate ought to have noticed it. Whether a term or clause is conspicuous or not is for decision by the court." Various disclosures and categories of information are required to be conspicuous under the UCCC.
