Ohio enforces automatic renewal provisions in certain types of contracts. A collective bargaining agreement, for example, may include an automatic renewal clause, providing that the agreement will be automatically renewed for a certain period, unless the contract is canceled by a termination notice. General Elec. Co. v. International Union United Auto. Aircraft and Agr. Implement Workers of America (U.A.W.-C.I.O.), 93 Ohio App. 139, 50 Ohio Op. 399, 64 Ohio L. Abs. 231, 108 N.E.2d 211 (1st Dist.
