"All real estate may be levied upon and sold by executions issued on judgments obtained in any court, except the Superior Court, Law Division, Special Civil Part, for debt, damages, or costs. Real estate of any testator or intestate is exempt. N.J. STAT. ANN. 2A:17-17.
