"Any party to a civil case is Circuit Court may file a demand for a jury trial in writing at the end of a pleading or immediately before any certificate of service. Failure to make such a demand within 15 days of service of the last pleading filed by any party, waives the right to a trial by jury. Md. Rules 2-325

Cases
Contractual waivers of jury trials are enforceable if they are knowing, voluntary, and intentional. Meyer v. State Farm Fire & Casualty Co., 85 Md.App. 83, 582 A.2d 275 (1990).
