"Consumer Credit Transactions Made to Acquire Real Estate or Secured by First-Lien Mortagages

In an action in which it is found that a creditor has violated related provisions, the court shall award the debtor the costs of the action together with reasonable attorneys fees. (9-A MRS §9-404)

Leases

If the court finds unconscionability with respect to a consumer lease, the court shall award reasonable attorney's fees to the lessee; but if the court does not find unconscionability and the lessee claiming unconscionability knew the claim was groundless, the court shall award reasonable attorney's fees to the other party. (11 MRS §2-1108)"
