Letters of Credit
The forum for settling disputes may be chosen by an agreement in the form of a record signed by the affected parties or by a provision in the person's letter of credit, confirmation, or other undertaking. (IC 26-1-5.1-116)
Leases
If the judicial forum chosen by the parties to a consumer lease is a forum that would not otherwise have jurisdiction over the lessee, the choice is not enforceable. (IC 26-1-2.1-106)"
