Consumer Leases

If the judicial forum chosen by the parties to a consumer lease is a forum that would not otherwise have jurisdiction over the lessee, the choice is not enforceable. (C.R.S. 4-2.5-106)

Letters of Credit

The forum for settling disputes arising out of a letter of credit may be chosen by an agreement in the form of a record signed by the affected parties or by a provision in the person’s letter of credit, confirmation, or other undertaking. (C.R.S. 4-5-116)
