Statutes

A written provision in a contract to borrow money or to lend money in which the parties agree to waive their respective rights to a trial by jury is valid and enforceable except upon those grounds that exist at law or in equity for the revocation of any contract. (A.C.A. § 16-30-104) An agreement contained in a record to submit to arbitration any existing or subsequent controversy arising between the parties to the agreement is valid, enforceable, and irrevocable except upon a ground that exists at law or in equity for the revocation of a contract. (A.C.A. § 16-108-206)
