Cases
Arkansas courts have generally enforced forum selection clauses where they are found to be “fair and reasonable”. Nelms v. Morgan Portable Building Corp., 808 S.W.2d 314, 316-17 (Ark. 1991); SD Leasing, Inc. v. Al Spain and Associates, Inc., 640 S.W.2d 451, 452 (Ark. 1982).
