Comments
Arizona's version of UCC Article 2A is essentially the national Uniform Act, so the Official Comments and decisions in other jurisdictions will have authority in interpretation and application. Where there is no existing law or authority on point, Arizona courts will follow the pertinent Restatements of Law. Smith v. Normart, 51 Ariz. 134, 75 P.2d 38 (1938); Webster v. Culbertson, 158 Ariz. 159, 761 P.2d 1063 (1988).
