This Proxy Statement is furnished in connection with the solicitation of proxies by the Board of Directors of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, a Maryland non-profit corporation, (“ELFA” or the “Association”), to be used at the 2026 Annual Meeting for the Election of Directors (“Annual Meeting”) to be held on October 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), at the  JW Marriott Desert Springs, 74-855 Country Club Drive, Palm Desert, California, 92260, or remotely. This Proxy Statement and the form of proxy to be utilized at the Annual Meeting are being electronically issued to members of the ELFA on or about July 20, 2026.
