Kristen Harper co-leads the trade practice at Tiber Creek Group and counsels clients on issues impacting the economic relationship between the United States and key trading partners. In the 116^th Congress, Kristen helped execute a successful advocacy strategy to pass the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement by historic margins and has worked closely on implementation of the agreement. She has also worked extensively on the U.S.-EU Large Civil Aircraft Dispute, Section 301 China tariffs and other U.S.-China economic issues, Commerce Department Section 232 tariffs, anti-circumvention inquiries, and other bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations.
