ELFA presents the slate of nominees for officers and members of its Board of Directors who will serve in 2027, selected by the ELFA Nominating Committee. Each ELFA member company may cast one vote for the slate of nominees. Voting materials and instructions will be emailed to each member company’s key contact, who may then vote via confidential electronic ballot on the ELFA website. Voting will close on Thursday, August 20. Election results will be announced at ELFA’s Annual Convention in October.

Kirk Phillips
Kirk is President and CEO of Wintrust Asset Finance, encompassing Wintrust Commercial Finance, Wintrust Specialty Finance (small ticket equipment finance) and Wintrust Equipment Finance (bank product specialist and debt discounting). These three entities represent over $4.5 billion in total assets and 116 employees, and is ranked as the 18th largest bank-owned leasing company (based on 2024 data). He joined Wintrust in 2015 as one of the founders of Wintrust Commercial Finance and served as president and CEO until his current appointment in 2025.

Neal Garnett
Neal is the former Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of DLL having announced his sabbatical in April 2026 after 28 years of service to DLL. He looks forward to taking his extensive experience, and strategic and commercial acumen to a new position in the coming months.

Peter is Executive Vice President and Group Head for Key Equipment Finance (KEF). His responsibilities include providing strategic direction and leadership for the business which offers customized equipment finance solutions for middle market/large corporate companies, state and local government clients as well as non-profit entities.

Tina is Senior Vice President and Head of Equipment Finance at U.S. Bank, where she leads one of the nation’s premier bank-owned equipment finance platforms. In this role, she is responsible for driving strategic growth, portfolio performance, customer experience, and innovation across a diversified equipment finance business serving clients nationwide.

Matt is head of Vendor Finance for Wells Fargo Commercial Banking. He is responsible for leading the Vendor Finance business, including working across multiple lines of business to accelerate growth, improve the customer experience, and build new capabilities to drive long-term competitive advantage.

Wayne is Vice President, Finance at Cisco Capital where he leads the Capital Markets & Underwriting organization, and is a senior executive on the Cisco Capital leadership team.
