MORE THAN 100 EMERGING LEADERS convened in Baltimore on July 13-14 for Emergence2023. The two-day event hosted by ELFA’s Emerging Talent Advisory Council focused on leadership development for emerging talent in the equipment finance industry. The agenda featured hot-topic sessions and interactive networking opportunities, all organized around the theme “Great Leaders Attract and Inspire Great People.”
