ELFA Hires Director of DEI

Eboni Preston-Laurent has joined the ELFA staff as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, effective Jan. 17. In this newly created position, Preston-Laurent will oversee and manage strategy development and implementation of the association’s DEI initiatives. She comes to ELFA from USA Lacrosse, where she served as Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Opportunity.

“We are delighted to welcome Eboni to the ELFA team,” said President and CEO Ralph Petta. “Promoting and advancing DEI in all areas of our association are key priorities for the ELFA Board of Directors and our new Strategic Plan. Eboni’s experience, skills and knowledge in this area will be valuable assets as we work to advance a strong DEI agenda in support of the equipment finance industry.”
