Improving the business and regulatory environment: ELFA serves as the advocate for the equipment finance industry to the federal government. Two of the most important areas of focus for ELFA’s federal advocacy efforts are tax policy and financial services regulatory policy, especially Section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Act.
