ELFA is the industry's principal advocate before federal and state policymakers, regulators and standard setting bodies. Maintaining relationships with policy makers who understand the equipment leasing and finance business allows ELFA, on behalf of the industry, to advocate a proactive policy agenda at the state and federal levels as well as provide better defensive action against harmful laws and regulations.
