US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking hard-working, dedicated, and career-orientated people for its growing team in the City of Industry Corporate Offices.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Credit Team Lead position is a preparation role for an upper-level managerial role that will involve an 18–24-month training program where you will work closely with the Director of Credit to develop a comprehensive knowledge of company operations and the strategic role of the credit department.
This role also entails a complete rotation of assignments within the credit department to learn department functions, workflows, and interrelationships with customers and other departments within the company.
You will also visit other local branches and go into the field with salespersons to gain operational knowledge and learn the dynamics of how other departments work and support our customers.
With assistance and input from the Director of Credit, you will document your training progress by creating and updating a Credit Policy and Procedural Manual for the company.
After successfully completing the program, you must be able to work independently with your team but know when to alert upper management of critical matters. The position requires a working manager that is willing to fill in as needed and adapt to changing economic and business conditions.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or economics
Relevant work experience is a plus
