In her role, McCoy will act as the primary liaison with the sales team to ensure that they are equipped with the right marketing resources and tools necessary to drive pipeline growth and success. Using her sales and marketing expertise, she will be responsible for helping to improve sales and client satisfaction by cultivating effective, brand-building methodologies. Prior to Syndifi for nearly two decades, McCoy has been a multi-disciplinary marketing and business operations expert with a passion for helping businesses achieve their goals and streamline their overall processes while leading her own design firm.
