CoreTech, a national independent technology and equipment lessor, has announced Mike McDonald has joined the firm as the new Treasury Director.
In his role, McDonald will be responsible for leading, building and strategically running the company’s treasury function to support CoreTech’s risk management, funding, investment, cash management, operational and growth goals. In previous roles, McDonald has served in both leadership and individual contributor roles in finance, accounting, pricing, portfolio management, and sales for a variety of funding sources.

McDonald earned his Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation in 2019, the preeminent credential for equipment leasing and financing professionals throughout the world who have demonstrated competency through testing of knowledge, continuing education and a commitment to their business practices and dedication to the industry. McDonald currently serves as the Treasurer on the CLFP Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
