KLC Financial promoted Jena Morgan, CLFP to vice president of operations. She will lead the equipment leasing and finance company’s operations group and will be responsible for the company’s systems, process improvement, customer experience, portfolio management and marketing.  Morgan will also join the KLC leadership team in planning and executing KLC’s overall business strategy.  Spencer Thomas, CLFP, President, said, “Jena’s move into this position is pivotal in furthering KLC’s growth objectives.” 

Morgan joined KLC in December 2014 and has been responsible for systems and marketing.  She was primarily responsible for leading the execution of the company’s strategic plan to enhance the customer experience by streamlining the origination and funding process and increasing the company’s technology offerings.  Marc Keepman, CLFP, CEO and Chairman, said, “We have confidence in Jena’s ability to lead in these important areas and look forward to her continued success.”
