GARDEN CITY, NY; January 3, 2019 —The law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP with offices on Long Island and in Manhattan has announced that Brett P. Garver has been named a partner of the firm and Rachel A. Fernbach and Brandi P Klineberg have been named counsel to the firm, effective January 1, 2019. Mr. Garver was formerly counsel while Ms. Fernbach and Ms. Klineberg had been associates.

Brett P. Garver concentrates his practice in the area of corporate law. His practice includes the representation of companies in connection with purchases and sales of businesses, mergers and acquisitions and equity transactions. He also represents secured lenders, banks and borrowers in a wide range of transactions including negotiation, documentation and the closing of asset based lending and commercial credit facilities. Mr. Garver earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
Rachel A. Fernbach concentrates her practice in the area of not-for-profit law, representing health care providers, behavioral health providers and agencies that provide services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ms. Fernbach earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University School of Law.
Brandi P. Klineberg concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate litigation, commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. She represents both institutional and private lenders in complex contested foreclosure actions and note sales as well as large and small businesses, financial institutions and individuals in complex commercial matters. Ms. Klineberg earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
