GARDEN CITY, NY; June 25, 2018 — The law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff with offices on Long Island and in New York City has announced that Keith J. Frank and  Jill T. Braunstein have joined the firm. Mr. Frank has joined the firm as a partner in its Employment practice group and Ms. Braunstein has joined the firm as counsel in its Corporate & Securities practice group.  Both reside in the firm's Garden City office.

Keith Frank concentrates his practice in all areas of litigation with an emphasis in labor & employment and insurance law.  In over his 25 years of practice, Mr. Frank has represented and counseled government entities, large, medium and small sized manufacturing companies, retail companies, financial institutions, education institutions, hospitals, medical practices and professionals, service companies, apartment building cooperative boards, property management companies, title companies, real estate agents and not-for-profits.  He earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Frank was a partner at a Long Island law firm where he served as Co-Chair of its Labor & Employment practice group. 

Jill Braunstein concentrates her practice in all aspects of complex corporate and securities law, including finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and corporate governance. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Braunstein was senior counsel in the Corporate practice group of a Long Island law firm.
