Stonebriar Commercial Finance (“Stonebriar”) announced today that it recently provided a $19MM loan to a family owned forest products company. The loan is secured by all real and personal property along with the timber rights of the company and reflects a total commitment by Stonebriar of approximately $43MM. Proceeds of the overall commitment were used in the construction of a state-of-the-art plywood and veneer facility that replaced a facility previously destroyed by fire.
