GLENBROOK, NEVADA, March 15, 2018 --James R. Jackson, a managing director with The Alta Group, is presenting at the IMN-ELFA 17th Annual Investors’ Conference on Equipment Finance in a morning panel covering capital market trends and M&A opportunities March 20 in New York City.
This one-day event at the Union League Club will provide education and networking tailored to the equipment leasing and finance industry for investors, attorneys, equipment finance executives and service providers.
The 9:20 a.m. session, “Capital Markets: A Year in Review – Looking Forward to the Year Ahead,” will cover risks and opportunities in 2018, recent trends in finance company performance as well as possible disruptions, threats or economic downturns that could affect demand.
Jackson, who leads Alta’s Merger and Acquisition Advisory Practice, will discuss recent notable transactions, the impact of current regulatory changes, current market dynamics and both sell-side and buy-side opportunities that are unfolding in what is considered a strong economic environment for M&As.
