Anu Sachdeva is a senior strategic and operational leader at Genpact, a $2.57B global professional services firm focused on delivering digital transformation for its clients that was spun off from GE in 2005.  She has more than 25 years of experience across various industry verticals including equipment finance and banking, including in her previous roles with GE Capital's Commercial Equipment Finance Business in North America and Asia. Anu has leveraged her deep experience across commercial equipment leasing and lending risk management and operational excellence to continuously drive transformation and value for clients across the globe, resulting in the significant growth of Genpact’s commercial lending footprint.

In her current role as global practice leader for Commercial Equipment Leasing and Lending, she is leading the charter to drive innovation through Lean DigitalSM, Genpact’s unique approach that combines commercial leasing domain expertise, design thinking, analytics, and digital technologies to improve deal conversion, drive efficiency, and enhance end customer experience. In her previous role at Genpact, she served as global client partner, managing a front-end sales team responsible for identifying, negotiating, and leading multi-million dollar engagements.

Prior to joining Genpact, Anu was the process excellence leader at GE Capital Commercial Equipment Finance, North America – a former $90 billion Commercial Leasing and Lending business of GE – where she was responsible for executing a large business transformation initiative by creating operational fulfillment through a Center of Excellence and simplified technology platforms, thereby achieving huge leaps in accuracy from 56% to 95%. In earlier roles at GE Capital Asia, Anu was a regional risk officer responsible for managing the acquired portfolio of transportation leasing assets. In this capacity, she was instrumental in reducing losses by revamping the risk guidelines and driving collections effectiveness.

Anu is an active mentor in Genpact’s diversity programs as well as industry diversity efforts, including the 30% Club. She was also a finalist in the Women in Sales Awards, North America in 2016.

Anu is certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean DigitalSM and Design Thinking practitioner. She earned a bachelor of science degree from Delhi University and completed the Advanced Management Course at GE's Jack Welch Learning Center as well as the Women Leadership Forum at Harvard Business School.
