Cullen and Dykman Welcomes New Banking Partner Debra Goldberg

Goldberg has joined the firm as a Partner in our banking department, focusing her practice on commercial lending and specialty finance.  Debra also possesses an expertise in transportation equipment leasing and finance.  Debra P. Goldberg concentrates her practice in representing financial institutions, including commercial and investment banks, as well as leasing and finance companies, in commercial finance, structured finance and equipment leasing transactions.  Ms. Goldberg’s practice is a sophisticated and diverse and includes a variety of credit structures for the financing and leasing of a broad range of asset classes. She has facilitated a myriad of transportation equipment finance and leasing transactions in the air, rail and marine sectors. Ms. Goldberg earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her BBA in Finance from Emory University.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Goldberg practiced in the NYC offices of global law firms, including: Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Clifford Chance.
