What is Emergence?
Now in its 4th year and brought to you by the Emerging Talent Advisory Council (ETAC),  Emergence2022 is a one-day leadership program for emerging talent from ELFA member companies.

Why should I send my emerging leaders to Emergence2022?
First and foremost, this is a leadership program designed specifically for emerging talent in the equipment finance industry.  Sessions, discussions, activities and take-aways empower attendees with the leadership skills necessary to excel in equipment finance.

Eric is Director of Lender Finance & Capital Markets at CIT.  With over 15 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, he has also held positions at Caterpillar Financial, CIT Bank and is a member of the ELFA Emerging Talent Advisory Council (ETAC). Eric earned his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and holds an MBA.

Eric volunteers in his community and was recognized as a Community All Star by the Dayton Tortugas (Minor League affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) for his work with the Miracle League. 

Tina Cartwright CLFP

Tina Cartwright is a Senior Vice President of US Bank and is responsible for Equipment Finance Information Technology Strategies, Security, Project Management, Facility Operations, Source Integration and Professional Development Programs. She began her career in January of 1997 with Lyon Financial, a small ticket leasing company. Lyon Financial was later acquired by US Bank in September of 2000.

Throughout her career, she has held a variety of positions within the organization working for both the Equipment Finance lines of business, as well as the Technology and Operations teams. Her responsibilities have included Credit Analyst, Credit Manager, Business System Analyst, Project Manager and most recently Director of Information Technology and Operations.

Anthony Cracchiolo

President & CEO

Anthony Cracchiolo is a 35-year veteran of the financial industry. Mr. Cracchiolo joined U.S. Bank Equipment Finance in March 2007. He leads and oversees all operations of U.S. Bank Equipment Finance, which is composed of nine business units, delivering products and services through both direct and vendor channels. The direct businesses include: capital equipment, small business, technology finance, government leasing and finance. The vendor channel businesses include office equipment vendor services; healthcare vendor services; manufacturing vendor services; and technology vendor services as well as the division's syndications group.

Previous to joining U.S. Bank, he held the position of Managing Director of CitiCapital Vendor Finance for Business Technology. Mr. Cracchiolo holds a bachelor's degree in management science, computer science and mathematics from City University of New York and a master's degree in computer science from New York Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the University of Michigan Executive Program and has served on the board of directors of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association since 2010 and the development committee of New York City's YMCA since 2012.

James Cress

James is the Vice President and General Manager of Stryker’s captive finance arm, Flex Financial. He joined the company in 2008 and is responsible for delivering financial solutions that make it easier for Stryker’s customers to reach their clinical and financial goals. Previously, James was Senior Vice President and Vendor Business Unit Director for eight years at National City Commercial Capital and he spent several years as a Vice President in Small Business Banking at US Bank.

James has been an active member of ELFA since 2000 and has served as a Director on its board. He is currently serving as Vice Chair and is the current board liaison to the Emerging Talent Advisory Committee. He has previously served as LeasePAC Chair, regularly attends Capitol Connections, and has been a member of the Captive and Vendor Finance Business Council Steering Committee, Women’s Council, and provided ELFA Guest Lectures at Michigan State University.

James holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s in executive leadership and organizational change from Northern Kentucky University.

Amy Gestal

Amy lives in Boulder, Colorado with her wife and three young children. She is a die-hard Cleveland sports fan! Amy graduated from Kenyon College with a B.A. in Political Science.  She enjoys her daily bicycle commute to work and spending time with her very energetic family.

Jeff Jensen

Jeff Jensen is a Vice President at Keybridge, where he serves as an economic and policy advisor for small businesses, industry associations, and government agencies. Jeff has 15 years of experience applying economics, data analytics, and program evaluation techniques to a wide range of public policy issues, including macroeconomic policy, federal regulatory policy, environmental policy, immigration, flood insurance and hazard mitigation, equipment finance, and credit and debit card markets.

Before joining Keybridge, Jeff spent 4 years at the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where he specialized in transportation security and related homeland security issues.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Carleton College and Master’s degrees in Public Policy and Environmental Management from Duke University.


Martin Klotzman CLFP

Martin is Senior Manager Marketing and Product Management at Ivory Consulting Corporation. His focus includes creating and leading all organizational marketing efforts, and developing strategies to maximize Ivory’s internal operational fluidity by leveraging Salesforce's platform. He is Chair of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's "Emerging Talent Advisory Council," where his focus is on educating and attracting new talent to the industry.

Prior to joining Ivory, he co-founded the San Francisco based concert production company, Our House Records, where he served as CFO. Martin received an MBA with an emphasis in Sustainable Business from San Francisco State University and B.S. in Finance from San Francisco State University. He also graduated from Bloc's full-stack web development bootcamp.

Ralph Petta



Ralph Petta is the President and CEO of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA), the premier trade association representing 550+ member organizations in the $1 trillion equipment finance sector. Mr. Petta leads the organization in executing its mission to foster business development, deliver industry information and analysis, provide educational opportunities and advocate for the industry. He is also President of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation, which is dedicated to inspiring thoughtful innovation and contributing to the betterment of the equipment leasing and finance industry.

Mr. Petta, an authority in the business of equipment finance, has been with the association since 1987. Before assuming the role of President and CEO in January 2016, he served as Chief Operating Officer for six years, providing coordination, direction and oversight of ELFA programs and services designed to add value to the association's member organizations. Prior to that, he served as Interim President. From 1987 to 2010 he was Vice President-Research & Industry Services, managing ELFA's information, benchmarking and market research initiatives. Throughout his career at ELFA, Mr. Petta has assumed leadership roles in virtually all functional areas within the organization, including governance, membership marketing, communications, business and professional development, state advocacy and the association's affiliated Foundation.

He is often quoted in industry trade publications and is a frequent speaker about the role of equipment finance in the U.S. economy and trends and developments in the equipment finance sector.

Mr. Petta is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), as well as ASAE's Key Industry Association Committee (KIAC). He completed the ASAE/University of Maryland College of Business and Management executive development certificate program in association management. He also was selected for and participated in the ASAE Future Leaders Conference. Mr. Petta is a member of the Exchequer Club of Washington, DC.

Before joining ELFA, Mr. Petta worked for nine years in the office of United States Senator Sam Nunn, serving in a variety of professional capacities. He was Senator Nunn's legislative assistant when he left to join the association. Mr. Petta graduated from Syracuse University, earning a B.A. degree in political science.

Pierre Quinn

Pierre Quinn is on a mission to help people from all walks of life harness the courage to live, learn, and lead with confidence. Pierre is the author of Leading While Green: How Emerging Leaders Can Ripen Into Effective Leaders and Leading While Scared: How To Find The Courage To Keep Going.

Today as founder of The Cardell Group he travels the country speaking to leaders at conferences, conventions, retreats, and training sessions.

While Pierre does love motivating, challenging, and inspiring leaders, he loves his wife and two daughters even more. He and his family live in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Nancy Robles

Nancy Robles is Chief Operating Officer of Eastern Funding LLC where she is responsible for all of the company’s day-to-day operational and administrative functions.

Nancy joined Eastern Funding in 2005 from Fleet Healthcare Capital Leasing/Bank of America. During her tenure at Eastern Funding, she has managed the company’s operations functions including credit, compliance, documentation, funding, loan servicing, legal and work-out, and human resources.

Outside of Eastern Funding, she serves on the board of the Berkeley College Scholarship Foundation, The Coin Laundry Association Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Berkeley College MBA and Legal Studies Committees.

Nancy has been recognized by Monitor Magazine as a Top Woman in Equipment Finance for 2020. She has also been featured in Hispanic Executive Magazine.

Kris Snow



Kristine (Kris) A. Snow has more than two decades of commercial leasing and finance experience. In 2009, she joined Cisco Systems Capital Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cisco Systems, Inc. As President, she leads the company's global captive finance and certified remanufactured equipment businesses. Kris previously served as President of Global Vendor Finance at CIT Group.

Kris is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at ELFA. During her tenure, Kris has been an active participant serving on the Board of Directors from 2008-2011 and returned to the Board in 2017. In addition to her current position on the Board, she is a member of ELFA's Executive, Nominating and Personnel Committees. Previously, she served as Chair of the Captive and Vendor Finance Business Council Steering Committee. She has also served as a participant in the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation's Industry Future Council and a contributor to previous “State of the Equipment Finance Industry” reports.

Outside of ELFA, Kris has been involved in numerous civic and community organizations. She serves on the Gonzaga University Board of Trustees and is Board Member Emeritus for St. Mary's College School of Economics and Business Administration. She was honored by the Computer Reseller News 2019 Women of the Channel list, received the Silicon Valley Business Journal's Women of Influence award, and the YWCA Tribute to Women Award for the Silicon Valley.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary's College of California.


Matthew Vazzana CLFP

Matt is currently a National Account Executive at Huntington Technology Finance.  He joined the Equipment Finance industry more than 10 years ago and has enjoyed serving customers in various roles including sales, operations, and program management.  In his current role, he is responsible for developing and managing financing programs for OEMs, distributors, and national VARs within the technology space.

Matt consistently ranks in the top tier of sales performers at Huntington.  He is a two-time Gold Sales Achievement winner and earned Top Vendor Sales Rep in 2021.  He is also a member of the ELFA's Emerging Talent Advisory Council (ETAC).

Adam Warner



Adam D. Warner is president of Key Equipment Finance. In this role, he is responsible for all of Key Equipment Finance’s commercial and bank-based equipment lease and finance efforts; as well as equipment finance programs for technology, energy, healthcare, industrial and government vertical market segments. He is also responsible for overseeing the equipment finance programs for all of the company’s vendor customers, including equipment manufacturers and distributors in the U.S. and Canada; and for the company’s advisory and distribution services unit.

Prior to being named president in 2007, Warner served as president and chief operating officer of Key Equipment Finance’s commercial leasing services business. He joined Key Equipment Finance to oversee the express leasing services business in 2001.

Before joining Key Equipment Finance, Warner worked as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Mellon Leasing Corporation, where he had worked since 1988. Prior to that position, he was vice president and chief operating officer. He also held the position of operations manager at McDonnell Douglas Finance Corp. from 1985-1988.

Warner is a former Chairman of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s board of directors and executive committee. He is also on the Advisory Board for Food for Thought – Denver and is a member of the Leeds School of Business Board of Alumni and Friends at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms will be available for attendees of Emergence2022 at the Omni Interlocken Resort, located at 500 Interlocken Boulevard, Broomfield, CO 80021. A special rate of $249 plus tax single/double occupancy will be offered to attendees.
Participants are responsible for transportation to/from the Denver Airport.
Transportation will be provided between Key Equipment Finance and the Omni Interlocken Resort in the morning and at the conclusion of Emergence2022.
