Robert Boyer, CLFP

Robert L. Boyer is the President of Susquehanna Commercial Finance, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. He is responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan for the organization and has managerial responsibility for the Sales, Acquisitions and Syndications, Operations, Systems, Client Services and Support areas of the company.
Since joining Susquehanna in 1998, Mr. Boyer has held positions of increasing responsibility including Sales Executive, Syndications Manager, Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Syndications and Executive Vice President.
Mr. Boyer has served as the Chairman of the Small Ticket Steering Committee of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association. He has spoken on behalf of the Equipment Finance Industry and Susquehanna Commercial Finance at various events and interviews for published articles. He holds a bachelor's degree from LaSalle University and is currently enrolled in the Stonier National Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Boyer has been working in the Equipment Finance Industry since 1995.

Frasier is senior vice president of strategy and performance management at Key Equipment Finance. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, market research, client insights, sales performance and analysis, portfolio management, project management, and employee development initiatives. She joined Key Equipment Finance in 2003 in global human resources management.  She served as senior vice president of human resources and administration before being promoted to senior vice president of strategic services in 2009.  Prior to joining Key she held various positions at First Data/Western Union.
Throughout her career, Frasier has been actively involved in a volunteer capacity with ELFA, as the chair of the organization's Financial Institutions Business Council Steering Committee, chair of the organization's Human Resources task force, and member of the Compensation and Diversity Steering Committee.  She is presently a member of the ELFA Board of Directors.

Nathan Gibbons, CLFP

Nate began his career in equipment leasing with First American Equipment Finance in 2006. As an early career professional, he attended the ELFA's Future Leasing Leaders Institute, which helped solidify his desire to become an effective and influential leader. In 2013 he was the recipient of the "Chairman's Award" (First American's highest honor) for excellence in character and leadership. In the same year he was also promoted to Vice President and helped develop and manage the company’s learning and professional development strategy.

Nate currently works for Innovation Finance where he is responsible for building and leading the operations team, while also overseeing the company's strategy for recruiting and on-boarding.

Following his passion to help people reach their potential, he currently serves as Chair of the ELFA's Emerging Talent Advisory Council, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Certified Lease & Finance Professional Foundation.

Nate resides in Webster, New York with his wife Keila and their two sons Noah and Micah.

Deborah Reuben, CLFP

Deborah Reuben, CLFP is President of Reuben Creative, LLC a strategic technology and process consultancy to the commercial equipment leasing and finance industry founded in 2013. Her 23 years’ experience innovating in this industry includes past positions with Wells Fargo, TCF, Linedata/HCL. She holds a Certified Lease & Finance Professional designation and is the author of the sixth edition of The Certified Lease and Finance Professionals' Handbook. Delivering forward-thinking insights and fresh ideas, she is a frequent speaker and workshop facilitator at industry events and contributes to multiple industry studies and publications. She is immediate past chair of the ELFA Operations & Technology committee and chaired the Operations & Technology Excellence Award subcommittee. She is currently a member of the ELFA Women's Council and was instrumental in the planning of the inaugural women's leadership forum.

Scott Thacker, CPA, CLFP

Mr. Thacker is CEO and a member of the board of directors of Ivory Consulting Corporation, makers of the proven software solution for modeling and pricing equipment leases and loans. He is vice chairman of the board of directors of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation and a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Financial Accounting Committee. Previously, he was a member of the board of directors of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association and of its Operations and Technology Committee for five years, three of them as chair, as well as the co-director of the Foundation's Research Committee.
Previously, Scott focused on the equipment finance industry as a partner at Accenture and a senior director at Oracle.
Scott received an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Accounting from the Wake Forest University. He is a CPA.
