Wells Fargo Equipment Finance
Dennis Bolton leads the Equipment Management Group at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance with direct management responsibility for all valuation, portfolio management and remarketing activities within Wells Fargo’s $50B+ portfolio. In addition, Mr. Bolton oversees and manages equipment valuation support for Wells Fargo Bank’s Commercial Banking Group.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2005, Mr. Bolton spent 15 years at Banc of America/Fleet Capital Leasing in management roles within the Equipment Management Group with responsibility for its direct lease portfolio and remarketing oversight for its specialty finance business lines: vendor, technology, healthcare, marine and corporate/commercial aircraft finance.
Since joining Fleet Capital Leasing in 1990, Mr. Bolton has held positions of increasing responsibility for product and systems development, portfolio and risk management, mergers and acquisitions, project management, outsourcing and off-shoring, international finance and corporate/organizational efficiency within the risk management, workout and equipment management areas. He has been in a leadership position since 1998.
Mr. Bolton holds a B.S. in Economics from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
Mr. Bolton is a candidate member in the American Society of Appraisers and a member of National Aircraft Finance and National Business Aviation Associations. He has served as Chair of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Equipment Management Committee and spoken and authored articles on such topics as asset management, equipment finance, healthcare, corporate aircraft, technology, marine and other equipment finance related activities. He was a subject matter expert to Global Insights in their preparation of the Marine and Aircraft market studies of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation’s Transportation Outlook Series Study.

Key Equipment Finance
Deborah A. Brady is senior vice president, finance director at Key Equipment Finance. Key Equipment Finance is one of the largest bank-held equipment finance companies in the U.S. and an affiliate of KeyCorp.
Ms. Brady has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining Key Equipment Finance in 1988 as a senior accountant. During that time, she has served as a pricing analyst, vice president and pricing manager, vice president of market development and senior vice president of global pricing. Now, as senior vice president, finance director Ms. Brady oversees the company's finance functions.
Ms. Brady holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA from the University at Albany - State University of New York. She is a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Financial Accounting Committee and serves as the Key Executive Women's Network's Rocky Mountain Regional Coordinator. Throughout her career Ms. Brady has been involved with a variety of community organizations, including serving on the board of directors for Shelters of Saratoga and holding various board positions for Habitat for Humanity. She most recently served as Treasurer for the Fireside Elementary School PTO.

Mr. Thacker is CEO and a member of the board of directors of Ivory Consulting Corporation, makers of the proven software solution for modeling and pricing equipment leases and loans. He is vice chairman of the board of directors of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation and a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Financial Accounting Committee. Previously, he was a member of the board of directors of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association and of its Operations and Technology Committee for five years, three of them as chair, as well as the co-director of the Foundation's Research Committee.
Previously, Scott focused on the equipment finance industry as a partner at Accenture and a senior director at Oracle.
Scott received an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Accounting from the Wake Forest University. He is a CPA.

Evan is Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets, overseeing all aspects of funding for Ascentium Capital. Evan has over 20 years of capital markets and equipment finance experience, previously working as a director in the asset-backed finance group of Wells Fargo Securities where he oversaw financing and securitizing for equipment lessors. Evan also started-up and ran his own small-ticket equipment leasing company and, subsequent to the sale of that company, was Treasurer for a private-label, financial services company specializing in equipment finance.
Evan earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia.
