- Is there a specific time I need to log into the course?
No, this is the beauty of a self-paced course. You can log in any time, any where – when it fits your schedule!
- How do I register for a course?
To register for a course, login to the Course Catalog, which requires an ELFA Username/Password.
- To whom do I send the Volume Purchase form?
Simply email the form to bulkpurchase@learnsomething.com.

- I bookmarked the course I was taking and now I can't access it. Why?
Once you have begun taking a course, you may only re-enter it by logging into the ELFA website with your ELFA username and password. (Think of it as having attendance taken at the start each class.) DO NOT BOOKMARK THE COURSE ITSELF! Instead, we suggest bookmarking the ELFA Academy Home page.
- If I live outside of the USA will I be able to participate in an online course?
Yes. This is an asynchronous course, which means participants are able to access the course at any time and in any location throughout the world; all that is required is an Internet connection and an understanding of the English language.
